I really like your blog, and thanks for joining the cause for Terri You are great.
I however have to disagree with this post. It should be the case that a judge would lose power after losing credibility. Unfortunatly when Supreme Court Justices make mistakes in judgment and trample the constitution, they reap no consequences. Supreme Court Justices and lower court Justices shoul d be term limited. They also should not remain omnipotent. these justices need to answer to a confirmation vote by the Senate/House/ and President.
